If you purchase Waitlyzt and decide it’s not a fit, you can request a refund within 24 hours of your first successful payment.
This is designed for founders who want a low-risk way to validate quickly.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@waitlyzt.com with:
- The email address on your account
- The time you purchased (approximate is fine)
- A one-line reason (optional, but helpful)
If your request is within the 24-hour window, we’ll process it as quickly as possible.
After 24 Hours
Refund requests made after 24 hours are generally not eligible. If you’re stuck on setup or hit a bug, contact us. We’ll help you get working.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without reaching out makes it harder to resolve quickly and may result in account access being restricted.
