Waitlyzt is a waitlist and pre-launch platform that helps entrepreneurs and businesses validate their ideas before building products. The Service allows users to create branded waitlist pages, collect signups, gather feature requests, and manage customer engagement through our cloud-based platform.

Service License and Usage

Your use of the Waitlyzt platform is subject to the subscription plan you purchase. Different plans offer different features and usage limits. Please review our pricing page and this agreement carefully before subscribing.

Different license tiers provide different features and usage rights. The specific features included in your purchase depend on the package you select.

User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Service
• One license per individual or legal entity unless explicitly agreed otherwise

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized access

Purchases and Payments

Payment Terms

• All purchases are one-time payments unless otherwise stated
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Prices are subject to change with notice for future purchases
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes

Service Access

• Upon successful payment, your subscription will be activated immediately
• You can access all features included in your chosen plan
• Your subscription will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

Refunds

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Use the Service to send spam or malicious content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
• Share account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Abuse the Service or exceed reasonable usage limits
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our licensing or access controls

Intellectual Property

Waitlyzt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Waitlyzt and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You receive a license to use the code, not ownership of it
• You retain ownership of applications you build using Waitlyzt
• We retain all rights to the Waitlyzt boilerplate, branding, and documentation
• You may not use the Waitlyzt name or branding to market derivative products

Updates and Support

We continuously update and improve the Waitlyzt platform. Updates are automatically applied to all users. Support availability depends on your subscription plan. We strive to provide timely support but do not guarantee specific response times.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waitlyzt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Waitlyzt and its owner from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Existing license grants are not affected by changes to these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
